Faculty evaluations are a vital component of instructional quality, professional development, and continuous improvement. These forms were developed in collaboration with the Faculty Association of ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ (FAÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ) and the ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ Adjunct Faculty Union (YCAFT) to ensure a fair, consistent, and collaborative evaluation process aligned with District policies, collective bargaining agreements, and state regulations.
