Special Topics Zoom Series 2023-24
To enhance District-wide communication and engagement with college and District leaders, the Chancellor鈥檚 Office is pleased to host the Special Topics Zoom Series during the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
New Format
The Special Topics Zoom Series may look like the traditional virtual Town Halls, but they will be organized in a new format:
- Single Topic:听Each Zoom session will address a special topic that is relevant to the District.听
- Ensure Interaction:听Each hour-long Zoom session will start with a 40-minute presentation, thus, devoting 20 minutes to interaction between audience and presenter(s).
- Set Schedule:听All Zoom sessions will be held 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., on the second聽Tuesday of each month.
- Sessions Record:听All Zoom Sessions will be recorded and made available to those who cannot attend the session because of a schedule conflict.
